Threshold Moments- Pay What You Can
Threshold Moments is a documentary photography service for individuals and families navigating end-of-life care, hospice, vigils, and final days. These sessions are an act of witnessing, honoring the presence of love, care, grief, and connection in some of life's most profound moments.
I photograph people as they are, in the spaces where care is unfolding: hands held, quiet conversations, shared laughter, tears, moments of rest, and simple acts of devotion. There is no posing, staging, or interruption. My role is to move gently through the space, documenting what is already present with sensitivity and respect.
For many families, these photographs become treasured reminders of a loved one's presence, the care that surrounded them, and the relationships that carried them through a difficult time.
Every family and situation is unique. Sessions can take place in homes, hospice settings, hospitals, care facilities, or other meaningful locations, and are approached with flexibility, discretion, and deep respect for the wishes of everyone involved.
This offering is a community supported and available on a sliding scale of $150–$850, with payment plans available at checkout, to help ensure accessibility during times when support and documentation matter most. No one should feel excluded from preserving these moments because of financial circumstances.
What is included:
Documentary-style photography with no posing or direction
Coverage tailored to your family's needs and circumstances
A curated gallery of professionally edited images
Private online delivery for downloading and sharing
Flexible scheduling when timing is uncertain or urgent
These sessions are about documenting love, presence, relationship, and the humanity that exists at the threshold between life and loss.
Those who choose a higher contribution help make Threshold Moments accessible to families experiencing financial hardship.
